4.3 You must notify 777te promptly of any changes to your personal information, including mobile number, email address, or home address, to ensure the accuracy of your account records and the continued functionality of payment methods associated with your account.
4.4 777te reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, or any breach of applicable law. 777te will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder in such circumstances unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
4.5 Account closure may be requested by the account holder at any time by contacting 777te customer support. Where there is no active bonus subject to wagering requirements, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via the withdrawal method on file within a reasonable timeframe.
5.1 All deposits on the 777te platform are accepted and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777te does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of 777te.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (subject to current cashier availability). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the 777te cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Deposits to your 777te account must originate from payment accounts held in your name and verified under your KYC documentation. 777te does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review under anti-money laundering obligations.
5.4 777te is not responsible for any delays in funds appearing in your account balance that result from the processing times, technical issues, or policies of your chosen payment provider. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the 777te balance instantly.
Note on Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Cryptocurrency values are volatile — the PKR equivalent received may differ from the value at the time of initiating the transaction. 777te accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations on crypto deposits.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time by verified account holders with a positive Real Money Balance. 777te targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during peak support hours (09:00 – 02:00 PKT). Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedules.
6.2 Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder under the KYC process. 777te strictly prohibits the withdrawal of funds to any third-party account, card, or wallet not registered in the account holder's own name.
6.3 Before processing a withdrawal, 777te is entitled to conduct additional verification checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Where such requests are made, 777te will endeavour to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe.
6.4 Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unwagered bonus amounts will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. Only the Real Money Balance component is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.
6.5 777te reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal amount or to process large withdrawals in instalments. Where this applies, the account holder will be informed of the applicable limits at the time of the withdrawal request.

7.2 In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms in this Section 7 and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.
7.3 Bonuses are offered at 777te's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, amended, or replaced at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet qualified for or claimed the relevant offer.
7.4 Only one bonus may be active on your 777te account at any given time unless the specific terms of a promotion expressly state otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a wagering requirement from a previous bonus remains outstanding may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
7.5 777te implements robust systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid unless the relevant event is voided under clause 8.4.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777te platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

12.2 777te is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, interruptions in service availability, technical malfunctions beyond 777te's reasonable control, or the acts of third-party service providers.
12.3 777te does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside 777te's control — including telecommunications outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 777te's liability for death or personal injury caused by 777te's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 777te collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 777te Privacy Policy.
13.2 777te will process personal data — including identity documents submitted for KYC, payment transaction records, and gaming history — for the purposes of operating the platform, complying with regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements), and providing customer support. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777te holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game outcome, transaction, or bonus claim, the player should first contact 777te customer support at the address displayed in the footer of this page. 777te commits to investigating all formally raised disputes within fourteen (14) business days and to providing a written response.

15.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed in the hero section above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 777te platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 Where you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the 777te platform and contact customer support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
16.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777te and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
